The Internal Management Area is the driving force of the consortium as it is responsible for managing resources in accordance with legislation and the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, fulfilling the mandates of the collegiate bodies. In addition, it encompasses the entire organisation and links all areas, agencies and projects. This area is highly involved in all direct management processes. Legislative changes have made management procedures much more complicated, as well as requiring the reform of our by-laws, the affiliation to a public administration and the adaptation to the new administrative procedure law, among others.
This area focuses on the entire economic and administrative management process of the Consortium, as it is responsible for the management of the staff and the economic activities, both those of a regional nature and those of a local nature carried out by the agencies. This area carries out the financial planning, establishes strategic targets and supervises and coordinates their fulfilment.
